COVID-19 has brought about lots of changes and one example is the need to complete a COVID-19 Pre-Screening Questionnaire before all appointments. Whilst it is extremely important to complete, I understand that it’s not always easy to remember to do.
To make this easier the Questionnaire is now available online for easy submisstion 24 hours before appointments. There will be reminders of the links on appointment confirmation and reminder (both email and texts), so no more trying to find documents to complete and return. The new way to report COVID-19 Pre-Screening is already proving to be very popular with clients.
