I’m delighted to announce that Poise Sport & Remedial Massage Services resumed on Tuesday 14 July. The lockdown due to COVID-19 meant that I had not been able to see clients since March.
Keeping in touch with clients during the lockdown meant that I was able to provide advise and rehab plans, but nothing beats being able to see clients face-to-face. It was lovely to open the door to the first returning client and start to directly deal with the aches and pains that had developed during the lockdown period.
I have new hygiene procedures in place and all clients are providing a competed Pre-Screening Questionnaire. My COVID-19 Pledge set out what clients can expect from me and my expections for clients and this is proving to be very helpful as we all get used to the ‘new normal’.
